Secretariat origins
More or less coinciding with the official establishment of the Zero
Emission Fossil Fuel Power Plants Technology Platform in December 2005,
a call was launched for proposals for an independent supporting secretariat.
A PricewaterhouseCoopers led consortium won the assignment and started
its activities by 1 June 2006.
